UH Students Respond to the COVID-19 Pandemic

This online archives is a place for UH students to share their experiences related to the coronavirus pandemic through journals, artwork, and other expressions. College students are living through a unique and challenging moment in history, and we are preserving your response to it for people in the future.

We are still accepting online submissions, and we encourage you to share your stories through journals, photographs, and interviews—but also through drawings, songs, and monologues. Artistic and creative expressions are welcomed alongside more documentary responses. For more information and a link to submit, see the Students Respond to COVID-19 Project website.

If you have any questions, please get in touch with the University Archivist, Mary Manning.

We know that the pandemic has affected our community emotionally, physically, spiritually, mentally, and financially. Please visit UH's Center for Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) for more information on how students may seek counseling services at this time, as well as resources on how to manage COVID-19 related stress and anxiety.
